How to run protected mode on startup


i try to make an a desktop with protected mode at startup but i cant it enter on loop wen make reload from script to turn admin mode, but if i try to disable reload it not works properly, how i can make that execute once time protected mode? at startup ? or there are any desktop that have this ?

Just look at any example of themes with protected interface. There are 3 such themes even in default installation: Protected interface, Mediacenter, HTML-kiosk.
