sites:

www.deviantart.com ,
www.skinz.org ,
www.artuproar.com ,
www.skinbase.org
in the Talisman
section or place the theme on your own site. In order to upload a file
to
public sites,
you will need to establish an account (it’s free). Then follow the instructions for
uploading. We look forward to seeing
your new Themes, Plugins and Iconsets !
